Roasting profiles for Hottop Programmable (KN-8828P-2K)
To find a perfect roasting profile is the great art of roasting. Below you will find some profiles for Hottop KN-8828P-2K that you can use to start and then refine to your liking and for your coffee.
We love to roast with the Hottop, because the programmable profiles are good for developing a great roast. We recommend starting with the standard profile or one of the sample profiles below and then making adjustments according to how the coffee came out.
You can always stop the roast a little earlier or extend the roast with the + button. You can adjust the target temperature of the individual roasting phases with + and - during the roasting process.
To shorten the time between roasts, you can open the roaster during the cooling phase by removing the front cover and the lid when inserting the bean.
