1. terms of payment
A dispatch of the commodity can take place only after receipt of payment. If you pay in advance, please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the reason for payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
2. delivery time
We ship with DHL from a warehouse in Germany. Deliveries within Germany are usually delivered within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment, deliveries to other EU countries usually within 2-4 working days. DHL usually also delivers on Saturdays.
Shipments leaving the EU (UK, Norway and Serbia) take about 2-3 working days longer, as the deliveries have to be cleared through customs.

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can see the shipping weight with the respective article on the detail page.
Within Germany:
up to 4,9kg: 4,90€.
5 to 9,9kg: 9,90€
10 to 19,9kg: 19,90€
over 20kg: 24,90€
From a minimum order value of € 120 the shipping is free of charge
To Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia:
up to 4,9kg: 14,90€
5 to 14,90kg: 19,90€
over 15kg: 25,90€
From a minimum order value of € 120 the shipping is free of charge
To Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden:
up to 4,9kg: 15,90€
5 to 14,90kg: 24,90€
over 15kg: 34,90€
From a minimum order value of € 120 the shipping is free of charge
To the UK, Norway, Serbia:
up to 4,9kg: 29,90€
5 to 14,90kg: 39,90€
over 15kg: 59,90€

4. customs / value added tax: no additional costs
The goods are stored in a dispatch warehouse in Germany, they are already duty paid and the price includes VAT. There are no further costs or administrative effort.

Important note:
Due to the high cost of shipping and exporting, shipping costs always apply to the UK, Norway and Serbia
Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Norway and Serbia do not include VAT. Prices in our shop incl. VAT - in the check-out, VAT will be deducted from the price. Upon delivery, the shipping service provider will charge you VAT, customs duty and a handling fee.
