Different versions of the machine
Since there are different models of the device on the market, I’m often asked about the differences between them. Currently, there is only one model approved for sale in the EU: the Gene Café CBR-101e (EU version).
The older version of the machine no longer meets the requirements for the CE marking and can therefore no longer be sold in the EU. It was replaced by the new version in 2023. We’ve outlined the differences for you below.
