With the Lighttells CM-200 roast analyser, you can examine your roast in detail: On the one hand, you can measure the degree of roasting and the colour distribution / uniformity of the roasting, on the other hand, you can also measure the particle sizes of a grind. This information helps you to perfect roasting and coffee preparation and to leave nothing to chance.

The operation of the handy device is simple and you can save the measurement results in the device as well as externally.

The measuring device provides you with the degree of roasting defined in Agtron according to the SCAA Gourmet scale and SCAA name or assigns it to a roasting category (e.g. Light, City, Italian, etc). With these insights, you can make informed decisions about the roast profile and find the desired roast level.

The roast uniformity of coffee beans plays a crucial role in the brewing process. The Lighttells MD-200 Roast Analyser helps you determine how uniform the roasted beans are in colour and plays out the distribution of the beans' colour directly on the display or in an exportable table.
