This will be a free question and answer session where you can ask Steffen Lav any questions you have about the Aillio Bullet R1 V2. For example, about the application, technical details, roasting profiles or the Aillio Bullet software.
Steffen Lav:
Steffen is originally a mechanical engineer and knows the Aillio Bullet R1 V2 coffee roaster like no other: he has been roasting his own coffee since the 1990s and has built up a lot of knowledge and a large network in the coffee roasting world in the meantime. In 2016, he invested in one of the first bullet roasters. Shortly afterwards, using the Aillio Bullet, he founded his own coffee roasting business which he ran alongside his job in project management for medical devices. Since 2022, Steffen has now been Managing Director of Aillio Europe ApS, which is fully owned by Aillio in Copenhagen.
