In this webinar, we take a closer look at three World Brewers Cup-winning coffees and the roast profiles behind them, all developed on the LINK Sample Roaster.

We’ll explore how each champion approached their coffee differently, the decisions that shaped each roast profile, and how those choices ultimately translated into the cup.

Rather than focusing only on competition roasting, the session will unpack the broader principles behind these different approaches – from understanding the green coffee and brewing methods to interpreting roast data and making purposeful adjustments throughout the roasting process.
