This will be a free question and answer session, in which you can ask Nadine and Thomas all your questions about the dream or the concrete foundation of your own coffee roasting business. For example, about equipment, experiences with do's and dont's, the way through the official jungle and much more.
Nadine Karbach and Thomas Brinkmann:
Nadine and Thomas are authors of the book "StartUp Roastery" and came to coffee and roasting themselves 16 years ago as career changers. Today they run the Coffee School Hanover and offer a variety of exciting courses there (barista, roasting, sensory analysis, coffee roastery start-up). Nadine develops ideas for books and information material about coffee and realises them graphically. Thomas is a two-time German roasting champion, juror at the Cup of Excellence and owner of a coffee roasting company. Both have already accompanied many start-up coffee roasting companies in Germany on their way to becoming established.
