2. Delivery Time
We ship with DHL from a warehouse in Germany. Deliveries within Germany are usually made within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment, while deliveries to other EU countries are typically delivered within 2-4 working days. DHL also delivers on Saturdays.

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, and you can see the shipping weight for each item on the respective product detail page.

4. Customs / VAT: No Additional Costs
The items are located in a shipping warehouse in Germany, they are already customs cleared, and the price includes VAT. No further costs or administrative effort will be incurred.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom and Norway do not include VAT. Prices in our shop include VAT - the VAT will be deducted from the price during the purchase process. Upon delivery, the shipping service provider will invoice you for the VAT, customs duties, and a processing fee.
Shipping to the UK and Norway takes approximately 2-3 working days longer as deliveries need to be processed by customs.
