The DiFluid Omix Green Coffee Analyser is a compact instrument for precise analysis of your coffee. With the Omix you can measure water activity, moisture content, density and more. This data helps you to monitor and improve the quality of your coffee. All collected data is stored on the device and can be exported via the DiFluid Café app.

• Automatic sample recognition: The instrument automatically recognises different sample types such as dried fruit, parchment coffee, green beans, roasted beans and ground coffee without the need for manual input.
• Density: Using advanced optical algorithm technology, the Omix calculates true density with high accuracy.
• Water activity: Using the chilled mirror dew point method, the Omix accurately measures water activity within 30 seconds.
• Moisture measurement: The Omix provides accurate moisture measurements with an accuracy of ±0.1% and a resolution of 0.1%.
• Touch screen: The high resolution touch screen provides a clear and user-friendly display of all measurement data.
