When roasting coffee, precision and consistency are very important. With the Lighttells colour measuring device CM-100+ you can objectively measure the degree of roasting of your coffee thanks to state-of-the-art infrared technology and gain deep insights into your roasting process. You can easily and precisely analyse both the degree of roasting of whole beans and that of ground coffee. This way, you ensure the quality and consistency of your roasts and can easily exchange ideas with others about roasting.

The measuring device provides you directly on the display with the degree of roasting defined in Agtron according to the SCAA Gourmet Scale and assigns it to a roasting category (e.g. Light, City, Italian, etc). Up to 200 results can be stored in the internal memory of the measuring device.
