Hottop Roaster KN-8828B-2K+ includes:

 

  • Two thermometers (Dual K Thermocouple), one for bean temperature and one for ambient temperature
  • Both automatic control for less experienced roasters and a fully manual mode
  • In automatic mode, either the target temperature or roasting time is preset, the device takes care of the rest
  • In manual mode, temperature supply can be adjusted independently in 100 steps and ventilation in 10 steps
  • USB connection and control as well as recording of the roasting in Artisan software. Artisan is the most widely used roasting software and can be downloaded for free
  • Artisan is compatible with the roaster. The roasting curves can be easily documented, but the roaster can also be automatically controlled via PID from Artisan

The rear filter of the Hottop roaster should be replaced after about 20 roasts. If the beans are ejected too early because it gets too hot in the roaster, the filter may be too dirty and the air may not circulate properly. You can store your coffee well after roasting in these coffee bags. They have a stable base and a valve through which the coffee can degas well in the first few days after roasting. Thanks to the zipper closure, you can easily reseal the bags airtight. A coffee bag can hold 250 grams of freshly roasted coffee. Attention, on some screens the bags may appear white in the picture, but they are actually natural brown. The ökoline bags are produced in Germany. They are made of brown kraft paper and barrier film that is free of aluminium. The paper used is certified according to FSC guidelines. The FSC label ensures that only wood from forests that are environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically viable is used for the paper. The barrier film on the inside of the packaging is an environmentally friendly, recyclable PE composite. It effectively shields oxygen, extending the shelf life of the coffee and preserving freshness and aroma longer. Toller Röster

Hottop KN-8828B-2K+ (Artisan) führt sehr schnell zu tollen Ergebnissen. Er ist auch sehr einfach zu pflegen, sofern man ein bisschen technisches Geschick hat. Einziges Manko ist die relativ kleine Chargengröße. Auch tolle Beratung und Hilfe durch Ingo.
