Green Coffee for Espresso
The perfect espresso is very full-bodied and balanced in sweetness and bitterness. It has a strong and slightly sweet smell and leaves a long-lasting, pleasant taste in the mouth. Typically, dry-processed beans are used for espresso, which give the coffee a nutty-chocolaty note or beans with a spicy and sweet note at the same time. Robusta coffee is often mixed with the beans as it provides even more body and crema.

Green Coffee for Cappuccino
If you like your cappuccino very balanced with notes of nuts and chocolate, we recommend beans from Brazil. However, since the fine milk foam makes the coffee significantly sweeter and reduces its acidity, acidic coffees with refreshing fruity notes, for example from Ethiopia or Central and South America, also taste excellent.

Green coffee for Café Crème / Fully automatic machine
In our opinion, Café Crème and coffee from the fully automatic machine tolerate fewer experiments than, for example, espresso or cappuccino. Coffees with some sweetness and at the same time low acidity and a medium-strong body fit best here: Nutty-chocolaty beans or spicy beans.

Green coffee for Bialetti espresso maker
The Bialetti espresso maker delivers a full and strong flavour. Make sure to use it correctly to prevent the coffee from burning and becoming bitter. Nutty-chocolaty beans from Brazil or spicy Robustas are suitable for the Bialetti maker, also known as Moka pot. For fruity-refreshing notes, you can also use (highland) beans from South and Central America.

Green coffee for Cold Brew
In the Cold Brew process, fewer bitter substances are dissolved, resulting in coffee with less acidity and bitterness compared to other coffees. Therefore, we recommend choosing a coffee with very pronounced, delicate flavour notes that can fully develop in Cold Brew.
