Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. DHL also delivers on Saturdays. For other countries, delivery may take 3-4 days.

Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping.
That’s no problem: During the checkout process, you have the option to enter a different billing and shipping address.

However, once your package has been shipped (i.e., handed over to the shipping carrier), we no longer have control over delivery requests. In that case, you will need to contact DHL.
If you ordered multiple items, they may have been shipped in separate packages. In that case, your shipping confirmation email will contain multiple tracking numbers.

It often happens that one package arrives faster than the other, which you can check using the tracking numbers. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact us.
Payment & Invoices
Yes, as a company within the EU (outside of Germany), you can place a tax-free order if you have a valid VAT ID. Simply enter your VAT ID during the checkout process, and the VAT will be automatically deducted.

The invoice was attached as a PDF in the shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number.

You can also find the invoice in your customer account.

If you cannot find it, feel free to contact us, and we will send you the invoice by email.
If you accidentally selected bank transfer as your payment method, we can simply cancel the order as long as no payment has been made. Just contact us with your order number and place a new order using your preferred payment method.
Returns
As a private customer/consumer, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery if it does not meet your expectations.

Please understand that we cannot process a withdrawal after this period has expired.
Please provide your order number. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can still process your cancellation request.

If the shipping process is already too far along, you still have the option to refuse the delivery. In that case, the package will be returned to us directly.

Whether you are a private or business customer, you receive a 2-year warranty on all devices.

In case of a warranty claim, always contact us first – most issues can be quickly and easily resolved via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
