Learn how to roast coffee at home - just the way you like it!
In the half-day course «Kaffee selber rösten» with a maximum of 8 participants, you will receive plenty of theoretical knowledge about green coffee beans and roasting. In the practical part, you will roast different coffees for various brewing methods on small Hottop drum roasters and take your self-roasted coffee home at the end of the course.
The basics we learn in the course are independent of machines and applicable to all roasting methods.
Home roasters will receive a framework and structure in the course on how to roast coffee to make it taste even better. Others will learn what to look out for in the future when they want to buy coffee to their taste at a roastery.

For whom is the course suitable:The course is aimed at coffee enthusiasts, baristas, home roasters, or people who are more interested in coffee and coffee roasting.No special prior knowledge is required. At certain points, as well as in questions & answers, we sometimes delve a bit deeper into the subject so that even those with experience in coffee roasting get their money's worth. However, we convey the content in a way that is understandable to everyone. It is important to us that everything you learn in the course is practice-oriented so that you can apply the knowledge directly for yourself.

Regulations for the course «Kaffee selber rösten»
Your course registration is binding. Up to 30 days before the course date, you can cancel or rebook free of charge. Please inform us in writing (email or letter).
For cancellations at short notice, the following applies:
Cancellation less than 30 days before the course date: We will charge 50% of the course fee
Cancellation less than 7 days before the course date: We will charge 100% of the course fee
Non-attendance at the course: We will charge 100% of the course fee
Rebooking to a substitute person is possible at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course for unforeseen reasons (e.g. illness/accident of a course instructor). Already paid course fees will be fully refunded or credited to a later course date. Further claims are excluded.
