Learn how to roast coffee at home - just the way you like it! In the half-day course «Kaffee selber rösten» with a maximum of 8 participants, you will receive plenty of theoretical knowledge about green coffee beans and roasting. In the practical part, you will roast different coffees for various brewing methods on small Hottop drum roasters and take your self-roasted coffee home at the end of the course. The basics we learn in the course are independent of machines and applicable to all roasting methods. Home roasters will receive a framework and structure in the course on how to roast coffee to make it taste even better. Others will learn what to look out for in the future when they want to buy coffee to their taste at a roastery. Course program: 1.
