Coffee from Kenya is famous for its very clear, complex berry and fruit aromas, sweetness but also acidity. This coffee is grown in the district Kirinyaga, near the Mount Kenya massif. The area is characterized by volcanic soils as well as small hills and valleys with the expansion of the plains. Thanks to these conditions, outstanding coffees grow in this Central Province of Kenya.

Preparation Recommendation

Kenya SL-28 should be consumed as a single variety (Single Origin) or can be added to a blend to bring a fruity, complex note. Perfect as filter coffee (including Aeropress) or in the French Press. Alternatively, as a cappuccino - the milk enhances the fruity notes and reduces the taste acidity.
