Green Coffee for Espresso
The perfect espresso is very full-bodied and balanced in sweetness and bitterness. It has a strong and slightly sweet smell and leaves a long-lasting, pleasant taste in the mouth. Typically, dry-processed beans are used for espresso, which give the coffee a nutty-chocolaty note or beans with a spicy and sweet note at the same time. Robusta coffee is often mixed with the beans as it provides even more body and crema.

If you like your cappuccino very balanced with notes of nuts and chocolate, we recommend beans from Brazil.
