Payment & Invoices
We are an online shop and ship orders quickly, well-packaged, and insured from an external warehouse.

In our showroom in Zurich, we are happy to showcase our machines, but we do not have products available for sale on-site. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment, as we are not always there.

If you urgently need green coffee, KaffeeWerkStadt in 8003 Zurich offers a selection of coffees directly in-store.
The invoice was attached as a PDF in the shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number.

You can also find the invoice in your customer account.

If you cannot find it, feel free to contact us, and we will send you the invoice by email.
If you accidentally selected bank transfer as your payment method, we can simply cancel the order as long as no payment has been made. Just contact us with your order number and place a new order using your preferred payment method.
Returns
As a private customer/consumer, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery if it does not meet your expectations.

Please understand that we cannot process a withdrawal after this period has expired.
Please provide your order number. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can still process your cancellation request.

If the shipping process is already too far along, you still have the option to refuse the delivery. In that case, the package will be returned to us directly.
