The Brazen Plus Filter Coffee Machine by Behmor features functions not found in any other consumer coffee machine. The brewing temperature of the water and the pre-soak time are adjustable, as with many commercial filter coffee machines. The brewing temperature can be individually set between 90°C and 99°C. A patented function allows temperature calibration with adjustment to the altitude at which the device is used. The oversized shower head and pulsed water flow ensure complete saturation of the grounds, resulting in excellent coffee extraction.
